Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing portfolio transparency, governance, and decision-making within a global project portfolio in Workplace Solutions & Operations. The position involves collaboration with leaders and project teams to ensure effective planning, reporting, and execution across various projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Preferred training or certification in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Solid experience in managing large-scale project portfolios in engineering or industrial settings.
• Proven experience in portfolio governance and reporting.
• Experience working with Finance on portfolio planning and investment tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance and reporting for the global project portfolio, ensuring high-quality updates on progress, risks, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support annual planning and ongoing reporting processes.
• Act as a key contact for staffing alignment and project execution within assigned areas.
• Contribute to the implementation of the WS&O strategy through governance routines and reporting processes.
• Work with the Portfolio Management Office to maintain consistent reporting standards across operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities in portfolio management practices.
