Continuous Improvement Management Implementation Specialist

Job summary

This role involves driving high-impact implementation projects within the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on global wind turbine fleets. The position requires collaboration with international stakeholders to enhance performance and resolve complex operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience in coordinating complex projects or implementation activities, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results across cross-functional teams and business units.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, Six Sigma, SCRUM) is beneficial.
• Proficiency in SAP and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the turbine population scope for CIM implementation cases.
• Drive and monitor progress of CIM cases during the implementation phase.
• Act as the primary contact for Sales Business Units and regional stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning and execution of implementation activities.
• Ensure quality and compliance through review of work instructions and risk assessments.
• Manage financial provisions in collaboration with CIM Finance.
• Oversee end-to-end case governance, including customer communication and documentation updates.
