Product Manager (Manufacturing, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading the Production Insights application to enhance value on factory floors. The Product Manager will set direction, manage the roadmap, and oversee execution from concept to launch, collaborating with various teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, industrial technology, or production-related products.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, with the ability to translate shop floor challenges into digital solutions.
• A mindset focused on continuous discovery, engaging with customers to identify their needs and common challenges.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of turning data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with engineers, designers, operators, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Transform strategic objectives into delivered products by defining roadmaps and prioritizing effectively.
• Facilitate collaboration across product, firmware, cloud, UX, and business teams to ensure alignment and swift progress.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into clear user stories.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights for product development.
• Manage product launches, collect customer feedback, and iterate on features based on real-world usage.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics to assess product success.

Education
