Job summary

This role involves taking full ownership of Compensation & Benefits, building a modern and scalable reward framework for a fast-growing organization. The position is central to the People & Culture function, providing strategic advisory support to senior leadership and ensuring competitive and compliant compensation practices.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a large international organization (1,000+ employees).
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, equal pay, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment and be the go-to expert in the field.
  • Highly analytical and structured, with a collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in presenting and advising at executive levels in English.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the Compensation & Benefits framework from inception.
  • Design and govern salary structures, bands, and job architectures.
  • Develop and oversee short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, including equal pay and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Create and maintain compensation dashboards and analytics.
  • Provide strategic advisory support on reward governance and benchmarking.
  • Support annual salary review and compensation budgeting processes.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in compensation and reward strategies.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with compensation management software and analytics tools is advantageous.
