This role involves taking full ownership of the Compensation & Benefits framework, focusing on strategic influence and professional standards to attract and retain talent in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a large international organization (over 1,000 employees).
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, equal pay, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to build frameworks from scratch and serve as a subject-matter expert.
  • Proficient in presenting and advising at executive levels in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Compensation & Benefits framework from inception.
  • Design and govern salary structures, bands, and job architectures.
  • Create and oversee short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, including equal pay and transparency directives.
  • Build compensation dashboards and analytics for data insights.
  • Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership on compensation matters.
  • Support annual salary review processes and budgeting.

Skills

  • Highly analytical, structured, and data-oriented.
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven approach.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Compensation & Benefits management.

Tools

  • Familiarity with compensation analytics tools and governance frameworks.
