Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist (Remote, Global)

Job summary

The role involves developing and executing a global rewards agenda that aligns with business strategy and ensures compliance and consistency across regions. The specialist will manage core compensation, incentives, and benefits processes while collaborating with senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in compensation and rewards, including short-term and long-term incentives.
• Experience with executive compensation and NomCom processes in publicly listed companies.
• Ability to prepare and present materials for Board and Executive level discussions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of pay transparency, fair pay, and regulatory requirements.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Guide and develop compensation and benefits specialists, supporting annual salary and bonus reviews.
• Manage executive compensation, including preparation of remuneration reports.
• Ensure incentives align with business needs and maintain severance policies.
• Oversee global benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and consistency.
• Manage pay transparency processes and respond to inquiries related to fair pay.
• Partner with business leaders and manage relationships with benefits providers and external vendors.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive leadership.
• Familiarity with Workday and project management is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Tools

• Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday, is advantageous.
