Job summary

The Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be instrumental in shaping and executing the global rewards strategy within the organization. This role involves ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives while managing core compensation, incentives, and benefits processes globally.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in compensation and rewards, including short-term and long-term incentives and forecasting.
  • Experience with executive compensation and NomCom processes in publicly listed companies.
  • Ability to prepare and present materials at Board and Executive levels.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of pay transparency, fair pay, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Experience with mergers or integrations, familiarity with Workday and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the total rewards agenda, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance.
  • Act as the Senior Rewards Expert, guiding the compensation and benefits specialist in annual reviews and processes.
  • Manage executive compensation, including preparation of remuneration reports and NomCom materials.
  • Ensure incentives align with business needs and maintain severance policies.
  • Oversee global benefits programs, including pensions and insurance, in collaboration with vendors.
  • Manage pay transparency processes and support ESG reporting, including gender and pay gap calculations.
  • Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and external advisors, managing relationships with benefits providers and benchmarking partners.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive leadership and governance bodies.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in compensation and benefits management.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Workday and project management tools is advantageous.
