Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement, or supplier management.
• Proven track record in leading complex commercial negotiations and managing high-value contracts in asset-intensive industries.
• Strong expertise in contract strategy, claims management, and commercial risk management.
• Experience in offshore wind, renewable energy, utilities, or related sectors.
• Native-level German and fluent English skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior commercial and contractual partner for assigned offshore wind assets.
• Manage high-value operational contracts, ensuring compliance and performance throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, amendments, claims, and disputes with suppliers and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to enhance contract outcomes and reduce costs while managing risks.
• Provide commercial and financial recommendations to support decision-making and asset value creation.
• Improve commercial governance and best practices across Offshore Wind Operations.
• Mentor and support colleagues on complex commercial issues.
