Job summary

This role focuses on driving channel growth across the Nordic region by developing and executing strategic business plans, fostering partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. The position requires a sophisticated understanding of the cybersecurity market and the ability to leverage partner relationships for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Alliance roles within the Nordic or Northern European technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Track record of exceeding partner-sourced ARR quotas and building pipeline from early-stage partner relationships.
  • Experience managing Tier-1 national service providers or VARs with executive engagement.
  • Technical fluency in email security architecture, data loss prevention, and AI-driven threat landscapes.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish).

Responsibilities

  • Develop joint business plans with strategic partners to meet mutual revenue targets.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and accelerate deal velocity through co-selling.
  • Manage the Nordic partner revenue number and be accountable for partner-generated opportunities.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners, focusing on market coverage and vertical specialization.
  • Design enablement programs to ensure partners can effectively position and sell products.
  • Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with partners, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with C-level executives.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value narratives.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business intelligence tools for performance monitoring.
