Senior Category Manager - Facility Management

The Senior Category Manager for Facility Management will lead the global strategy for Soft and Hard FM services, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations across international terminals. Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement and category management within facilities management.
• Strong understanding of Hard FM and Soft FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, catering, and site support.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in complex, decentralized environments.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and performance-based contract frameworks.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global category strategy for Facility Management services.
• Define service standards and scopes aligned with terminal requirements.
• Lead sourcing projects, including RFQs, RFPs, and supplier selection.
• Establish supplier relationship management frameworks with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Drive preventive maintenance strategies and lifecycle value optimization.
• Integrate sustainability considerations into supplier strategies.
