Job summary

This role involves acting as a strategic finance analyst to enhance Group-level financial planning, execution, and performance steering. The position is integral to translating strategy into actionable financial plans and metrics, while driving transformational initiatives within Financial Planning and Group Finance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in financial planning, performance management, or strategy/management consulting within financial services.
• Strong finance background with a solid understanding of bank financials.
• Proven track record of driving change and creating positive impacts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect details to broader strategic contexts.
• Confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Group-level financial planning and forecasting.
• Drive improvements in financial planning and steering processes.
• Provide forward-looking analysis and scenario insights for decision-making.
• Translate strategic objectives into financial plans and steering metrics.
• Strengthen governance and follow-up related to strategy execution.
• Collaborate with CFOs and senior stakeholders across Business Areas and Group Functions.
• Leverage new technologies, such as AI, to enhance efficiency and impact.
