Senior AI Platform Architect

Job summary

The role involves contributing to the Group AI Centre of Excellence by shaping future AI platforms that drive innovation and business value. The Senior AI Platform Architect will work closely with the CTO and various teams to establish platform foundations and governance models for scalable AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software engineering, technology consulting, or architecture, particularly in architecture-focused roles.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based solutions in enterprise settings.
• Strong foundation in software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable technology design.
• Experience with AI architecture patterns and deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable AI and LLM architecture patterns and integration approaches.
• Establish governance standards and model lifecycle management for AI solutions.
• Guide AI initiatives from experimentation to production, balancing performance and risk.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship across AI projects.
• Drive innovation and contribute to AI technology strategies and roadmaps.

Skills

• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel is advantageous.

Education

• Relevant degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Tools

• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable technology design.
