Commercial Engineer

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing sales processes and driving sustainable business growth through the development of AI-powered internal commercial products. The position involves working within the Commercial Excellence function to build tools that support various teams, including sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a technical or business degree in fields such as computer science, engineering, data science, or business analytics, or equivalent self-taught experience.
• Proficient in working with data and databases.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and a strong curiosity to explore them.
• Preference for creating functional tools over extensive planning.
• Commercially oriented with an interest in business development.
• Experience with SaaS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools for the go-to-market team, managing the process from problem identification to deployment and user adoption.
• Operate in a product-oriented manner, planning work against a roadmap and delivering in iterative cycles.
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines to support performance metrics for dashboards.
• Assist in creating and managing an internal content repository, ensuring access to current playbooks and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and enhance processes.
