  • Proven track record in managing client accounts and overseeing renewals.
  • Ability to lead commercial discussions within established pricing frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior clients.
  • Capacity to balance strategic planning with daily execution.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and Producers.
  • Proficient in using data for account decision-making and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, linking delivery to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete client relationship, focusing on retention and building trust.
  • Oversee renewals and identify growth opportunities within commercial guidelines.
  • Guide Project Managers to ensure quality and smooth delivery of services.
  • Track account health and revenue performance, providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify and address risks, serving as the escalation point for accounts.
  • Convert customer objectives into structured creative programs.
  • Utilize performance data to support quarterly business reviews and renewal discussions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of services to identify opportunities for added value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on account strategy and delivery.
