Job summary

This position seeks two postdoctoral researchers to work on AI foundation models for breast cancer recurrence in collaboration with a university. The role combines industry and academic research, providing access to extensive clinical data and mentorship from a professor in Computer Science and AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced foundation models tailored for breast imaging data.
• Adapt models for tasks related to breast cancer detection and risk assessment in previously diagnosed patients.
• Collaborate with AI leads to integrate models with MLOps infrastructure and evaluation metrics.
• Conduct thorough model analysis, including calibration and performance assessments.
• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences.

• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, with experience in Linux environments.

• Familiarity with NLP and vision-language models.
• Experience with self-supervised learning on large datasets.
• Prior publications in top-tier AI or medical imaging conferences.
• Two full-time postdoctoral positions in Copenhagen with a hybrid work model.
