Job summary

The Sales Manager will oversee internal sales management and supervise account executives, focusing on achieving sales targets for both new software and renewals. This leadership role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the sales team's success and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a quantitative field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of software sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second EU language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and manage the performance of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with executive management to align on strategic initiatives.
  • Provide motivational leadership and set performance goals for team members.
  • Supervise daily activities of account executives and assist them in achieving their goals.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and implement growth plans.
  • Coordinate resources for selling and supporting products.
  • Negotiate contracts and proposals with legal and business operations teams.
  • Conduct group sales meetings and assist in recruitment and training of staff.

Skills
