Job summary

This part-time position involves supporting Key Account Management, Field Sales, and Field Excellence teams in the Nordic markets, focusing on operational, administrative, and data management tasks to enhance sales efficiency and meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Currently a student with a focus on sales, marketing, or business, expected to graduate in 2028 or later.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Fluent in English and one Nordic language.
  • Basic knowledge of campaign planning or marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and data analysis tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including managing Point of Sale data and coordinating materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, including translation and material preparation.
  • Manage sample orders and follow up on sales activities and campaign details.
  • Analyze sales trends and campaign performance to inform strategy and customer engagement.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and data analysis tools.

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
