Qualifications

  • Experience in selling AI solutions, particularly in automation and intelligent workflow technologies.
  • Strong grasp of AI agents' integration with enterprise systems.
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to translate AI concepts into business outcomes.
  • Curiosity and adaptability regarding advancements in agentic AI and enterprise automation.
  • Preferred experience in industrial markets such as manufacturing, energy, and construction.

Responsibilities

  • Target strategic industrial accounts to drive new revenue for the AI platform.
  • Conduct consultative discussions on agentic AI and autonomous workflows.
  • Position the AI platform as a unique solution for operationalizing AI in enterprises.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs, to build credibility.
  • Identify and close significant revenue opportunities centered on AI automation.
  • Collaborate with account teams and product specialists in a matrixed sales model.

Skills

  • Strong sales acumen in complex software environments.
  • Technical understanding of AI and its applications in business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools is advantageous.
