Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in competitive international markets.
  • Experience working closely with distributors and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for articulating value to diverse stakeholders.
  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing scale-up environment.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and growth goals.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build, manage, and expand the global distributor network while establishing strong long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet customer needs and market requirements.
  • Work with marketing to develop and deliver engaging campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
