Qualifications

  • Technical or commercial educational background, preferably M.Sc. or MBA
  • Over 10 years of B2B commercial experience, including strategy, negotiations, and stakeholder management
  • Experience in sectors such as Bioenergy or Bioprocessing
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on performance and accountability
  • Strong strategic mindset with disciplined execution capabilities
  • Customer-centric approach emphasizing value creation and partnerships
  • Team-oriented mindset promoting collaboration and trust

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial agenda for Industrial Biosolutions in Europe, accountable for revenue and profit
  • Define and implement the commercial growth strategy with prioritization and investment allocation
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Enhance customer engagement models with a digital focus
  • Develop leadership talent and ensure succession planning
  • Embed commercial excellence through opportunity management and account planning
  • Optimize go-to-market strategies for effective market coverage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Marketing to align on strategy and performance
