Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the country growth plan.

  • Act as the legal representative, ensuring compliance with laws and corporate policies.
  • Lead crisis management and oversee health and safety compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement and performance reviews.
  • Promote a collaborative culture and represent the company in local events.
