This role focuses on high-volume outbound prospecting within the staffing and recruitment sector, connecting HR and hiring leaders with an AI-driven hiring platform. The position is KPI-driven and requires strong communication skills to engage decision-makers and secure meetings for senior sales executives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions sales or outbound lead generation
  • Strong track record of booking qualified meetings that contribute to closed revenue
  • Experience in high-volume cold calling and outbound prospecting environments
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation, discipline, and resilience in a KPI-driven setting
  • Strong attention to detail and proven CRM management experience (e.g., Pipedrive or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and experience interacting with C-level executives is highly valued
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with daily performance targets

Responsibilities
