Job summary

This role involves working as a Sales Development Representative for a dynamic scale-up focused on improving returns management for e-commerce businesses. The position emphasizes outbound sales efforts to secure qualified product demos, primarily through cold calling and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Native Norwegian speaker with proficiency in English.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or an outbound role; experience in B2B, SaaS, or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable and confident in making cold calls.
  • Performance-driven, ambitious, structured, and responsible; a strong team player.
  • Belief in the product and motivation for the startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to book qualified demos for a SaaS product.
  • Utilize cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation to build a sales pipeline.
  • Manage warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Follow the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, typically within 1–3 calls.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.

Education

  • Relevant experience in sales or related fields is preferred.
