About the role

Job summary

This role involves driving outbound outreach and managing the top of the sales funnel for key target accounts. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage in proactive prospecting, support account-based marketing initiatives, and book qualified meetings for the Growth team, contributing to pipeline growth and revenue scaling.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, consultancy, or tech.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on consultative outreach.
  • Tenacious and resilient, capable of managing high-volume activities with discipline.
  • Comfortable engaging with various levels within target accounts, from users to executives.
  • Data-driven and proficient with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through events, ABM, and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct personalized outreach to engage prospects effectively.
  • Execute outreach campaigns to generate interest and secure meetings.
  • Convert leads from events and ABM into booked meetings for the Growth team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams for seamless account management.

Skills

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide feedback on outreach effectiveness.

Education

  • Relevant experience in sales or business development roles is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is essential.
