Job summary

This role involves working as a Sales Development Representative for a dynamic scale-up focused on enhancing returns management for e-commerce businesses. The position is primarily outbound sales, aimed at booking qualified demos for a SaaS product.

Qualifications

  • Native Swedish speaker with proficiency in English.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or an outbound role; experience in B2B, SaaS, or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable and confident with cold calling.
  • Performance-driven, ambitious, structured, and responsible; a strong team player.
  • Belief in the product and motivation for a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Generate leads and create a sales pipeline, focusing on quality over quantity.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to demo booking, follow-ups, and closing deals, typically within 1–3 calls.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Relevant experience in sales or related fields preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools is a plus.
