Job summary

We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the renewable energy sector to assist with outbound sales efforts and client engagement across international markets. The role requires fluency in at least one Nordic language and a strong focus on client relationship management.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar client-facing role.
  • Exposure to the renewable energy, sustainability, clean tech, or energy sectors.
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic).
  • Strong client management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound sales outreach and engage with prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Support lead generation and sales pipeline activities using structured processes.
  • Coordinate client follow-ups, meetings, and sales administration tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams for seamless client experiences.
  • Handle multiple priorities and client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support business growth initiatives within the renewable energy sector.
