Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Sales Development Representatives in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Successful track record in generating sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Strong sales skills, with experience in closing deals preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LeadIQ.
  • Passion for recruiting and developing talent.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across sales and marketing teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop Sales Development Representatives to achieve outbound pipeline goals.
  • Enhance team members' sales skills and facilitate their professional growth.
  • Implement process improvements to boost SDR performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and other managers to optimize sales pipeline quality and quantity.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and report on individual and team performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Recruit and onboard new Sales Development Representatives.
