Job summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales of paint and non-paint products within the construction sector in the designated district. This role focuses on enhancing revenue, margins, and customer potential through professional sales efforts and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work systematically with data and budgets.
  • Ability to thrive with autonomy and take ownership of results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop sales in the district with a focus on growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and leverage customer potential.
  • Prepare and follow up on budgets, activity plans, and campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, product mix, and margins.
  • Advise and train customers on products and their applications.
  • Record activities and results in CRM and share market insights internally.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and business understanding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Danish, with understanding of Swedish and good comprehension of English.
  • Travel within the region is expected.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in sales or business is preferred.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software.
