Job summary

The Sales & Category Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing commercial performance by providing actionable insights to customer, category, and field sales teams. This position involves transforming complex data into clear recommendations and maintaining sales tools and reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial experience in grocery, FMCG, or retail analytics.
  • Proficient in sales analytics and reporting with the ability to derive actionable insights from various data types.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to challenge existing processes.
  • Collaborative and capable of managing tasks independently.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in any Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate sales, customer, and category analyses.
  • Transform data into practical recommendations and present insights engagingly.
  • Maintain, optimize, and develop sales tools and reporting systems.
  • Support field sales consultants with strategic insights and guidance.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in analytics or a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with Power BI, Exceedra, Nielsen, and other sales reporting systems.
