Job summary

This role focuses on building strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers considering cancellation, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to retain them.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or retention is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills to convey value and create positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Conduct value-based conversations to help customers recognize the benefits of remaining with the service.
  • Utilize advisory skills to convert cancellation requests into continued customer engagement.
  • Collaborate within a results-driven team environment, sharing knowledge and celebrating successes.

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to create a supportive and reassuring experience for customers.

Education

  • Comprehensive training program provided, including a three-week onboarding and specialized retention training.
