Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the Rewards and Performance area within a global shipping and logistics organization. The position involves driving standardization, digitalization, and alignment across various markets to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits within an international context, preferably from a consultancy or corporate environment.
  • Expertise in rewards processes, including base salary and incentive programs.
  • Experience with performance management and familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Strong foundation in benchmarks and compensation analyses.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of core rewards and performance processes.
  • Analytical mindset with technical proficiency, particularly in Workday.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Manage annual rewards processes, including global salary reviews and annual bonus settlements in Workday.
  • Oversee the annual performance management process, ensuring effective planning and communication.
  • Own compensation benchmark data and perform ad-hoc analyses to support HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Rewards & Performance on key projects, including the implementation of a career framework and conducting pay gap analyses.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
