Job summary

The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for enhancing revenue processes to foster growth, boost operational efficiency, and elevate profitability. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure a cohesive revenue strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset focused on efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Revenue Operations processes, including lead management, sales forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution, and customer journeys.
  • Align processes and systems across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Define, implement, and monitor revenue performance metrics and KPIs to track business performance.
  • Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, planning, and analytics tools.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, automation, and scalability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements related to revenue operations.
