Revenue Impact Manager

Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing business performance through effective revenue management and process improvement within a robotics context. The Revenue Impact Manager will collaborate with various departments to drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, S&OP, or Supply Chain management.
• Strong analytical abilities with a structured, data-driven approach.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP and CRM systems, as well as data analytics and AI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles and experience in diverse cultural settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the S&OP process to optimize revenue, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage rolling forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities for resilient robot delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, R&D, and product management to streamline the S&OP process.
• Utilize data and AI analytics to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in order optimization, lead time adjustments, customer requests, and backlog management.
• Establish, standardize, and refine Revenue and S&OP processes and governance.

Education
