Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales or field merchandising experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience interacting with various levels in commercial industry projects.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively present to customers.
  • Present and sell products to current and potential clients in remodeling and home improvement sectors.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring adequate marketing materials and resolving client concerns.
  • Prepare action plans to identify targets and project contacts.
  • Collaborate with corporate staff and other account managers to achieve goals.

Skills

  • Proficiency in customer database management, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of stone fabrication or distribution.

Education

  • Required: High School / GED.
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Tools

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Salesforce.
