Retail Operations Specialist (On-site, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing retail operations and customer experience within a global jewellery company. The Specialist will develop and implement operational standards, tools, and programs to improve Sales Floor execution and store productivity.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on retail experience with a strong understanding of Sales Floor execution and customer experience.
• Proven experience in implementing or improving retail processes, standards, and tools.
• Experience in coordinating projects, pilots, or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience across various retail formats or markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance global retail standards, processes, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify store routines and increase customer-facing capacity.
• Manage workstreams from planning through implementation and rollout.
• Coordinate stakeholders and track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Gather feedback from stores to recommend operational improvements.
• Support the implementation of new processes and assess store readiness.
• Create guides, playbooks, and implementation materials for stores.
• Monitor operational performance and contribute to KPI reporting.
• Share insights and best practices across functions and markets.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in retail operations or a related field.

Tools

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other retail management tools.
