A fully remote Research Analyst position is available for a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on customer insights within the medical device sector. This role involves conducting research and analysis to enhance customer experiences and support the development of impactful medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a research or analytical role, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Collect and interpret data from various internal and external sources.
• Maintain ongoing surveys and feedback collection mechanisms.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support and lead primary market research activities as needed.
• Ensure documentation and data integrity in line with quality standards.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and survey platforms like Qualtrics.
