Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational level
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in sales and service sectors is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean criminal record
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Strong communication and service skills
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, optimistic, and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to and fulfill customer needs in all aspects of car rental
  • Process rental agreements and payments, including information on vehicle availability, rental prices, and terms
  • Upsell additional services such as insurance coverage and GPS
  • Clarify terms and fees to customers and ensure signatures on rental documents
  • Assist with route guidance and travel information
  • Perform back-office tasks (handling emails, preparing station reports, etc.)
  • Professionally and promptly address customer complaints
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
