Job summary

This role focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support for a global workforce. The specialist ensures legal compliance while delivering exceptional customer service and contributes to process improvements within the employee lifecycle team.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with sensitivity and compliance.
  • Ability to interpret employment laws and provide practical solutions in complex situations.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee offboarding across various jurisdictions, ensuring a superior experience.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters including terminations, resignations, and redundancy processes.
  • Facilitate meetings related to workforce reductions and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities.
  • Draft and manage termination documents while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding through the internal HRIS platform, collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Respond to queries on offboarding and Employee Relations resources.
  • Conduct assessments of workplace concerns and monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to product development.

Skills

  • Strong conflict management abilities.
  • Capacity to analyze complex HR issues and communicate effectively.

Education

  • Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience in HR roles.

Tools
