Job summary

This role focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support within a global context, ensuring compliance and excellent service delivery. The position is part of a Lifecycle team dedicated to enhancing HR practices and customer experiences across multiple regions.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with a comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or paralegal studies are advantageous.
  • Proven track record in managing voluntary and involuntary exits while ensuring legal compliance and providing HR advice across various jurisdictions.
  • Strong grasp of employee relations principles and workplace investigation processes.
  • Effective partnership skills with stakeholders, including Legal and Payroll teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and communicate practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of leading difficult conversations.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on process optimization and automation.
  • Strong operational efficiency and commitment to data integrity.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex employee exits across various jurisdictions, ensuring a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including terminations and employment contracts, while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees regarding terminations and separations, facilitating negotiations and consultations.
  • Navigate complex termination processes, balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure compliance in offboarding and audits.
  • Draft and manage termination documents with precision, maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
