• Excellent communication skills with a customer-facing background.
• Interest in global immigration laws and a desire to expand expertise.
• Remote work experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance to clients.
• Monitor Remote's immigration compliance products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop in-house immigration services to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage visa and work permit applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
• Offer counsel on immigration processes for business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Utilize case management systems to control case statuses.
• Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation.

Education

• Relevant experience in immigration law or global mobility is essential; formal education in a related field may be beneficial.

Tools

• Experience with case management and billing systems is required.
