Job summary

The Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for the effective management of Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients, ensuring legal compliance and a positive employee experience. This role emphasizes process efficiency and innovation within a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on legal compliance and HR support across various jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of leading difficult conversations professionally.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in asynchronous collaboration tools and a willingness to adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance, advising on employment law changes and managing employee lifecycle matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
  • Assist in managing initiatives impacting employees across multiple countries and support HR audits for compliance.
  • Develop and update internal documentation related to Time & Attendance based on legislative changes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the employee lifecycle experience.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing employee data.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and its applications in operations and automation.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
