Job summary

The Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for managing Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients, ensuring legal compliance and a positive employee experience. This role emphasizes process efficiency and innovation within a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on legal compliance and HR support across various jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills, capable of leading difficult conversations professionally.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in asynchronous collaboration tools and a willingness to adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team in a fast-paced remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert on Time & Attendance, advising on employment law changes and managing employee lifecycle matters such as leave and working hours.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities, including payroll and legal counsel.
  • Support HR and financial audits to ensure adherence to local employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation related to Time & Attendance, addressing inquiries from internal teams.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the employee lifecycle experience.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and its applications in operations and automation.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Proficient in communication, documentation, and project management tools.
