The Lifecycle Specialist focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support, ensuring legal compliance and excellent customer service for international clients. This role is integral to enhancing HR practices and improving customer experiences across various jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, particularly in employee relations and offboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance in multiple international jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee exits, ensuring a superior offboarding experience.
• Provide guidance on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and employment contracts.
• Facilitate meetings related to workforce reductions and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities.
• Draft and administer termination documents with attention to detail.
• Process offboarding through the internal HRIS platform, collaborating with various departments.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on offboarding queries.
• Conduct assessments of workplace concerns and coordinate responses.
• Monitor ongoing employee relations cases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to product development.
