Job summary

This role focuses on establishing a compliance foundation for the Business Services team within a banking context. The manager will integrate compliance, reporting, data, and technology, with an emphasis on utilizing AI to enhance compliance processes. The position is pivotal in developing a new service aimed at managing regulatory flows and automating compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in regulatory work, compliance, or reporting, preferably in banking, fintech, pension/insurance, or regulatory authorities.
• Experience with inspection visits and regulatory dialogue.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
• Good grasp of data and technology, with an interest in AI applications in compliance.
• A legal background is advantageous but not mandatory.
