Job summary

The Regional Segment Lead for Power Generation is tasked with enhancing market share in the Nordics & Baltics, focusing on centralized and distributed power generation with an emphasis on Renewable Energy. This role involves strategic leadership, market analysis, and engagement with key stakeholders in the energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Power Generation and Renewables, particularly in centralized and distributed generation.
  • Proven success in strategic account development and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge in low & medium voltage power systems, energy management, and automation software.
  • Ability to establish trusted advisor status with clients and co-create solutions for business challenges.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is required.
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic & Baltic region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the regional segment strategy for Power Generation.
  • Increase market share in Wind, Solar, and Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities and large-scale projects.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Promote and sell a comprehensive portfolio of products and services for Power Generation.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.

Skills

  • Strong consultative sales skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and comfort in a complex organizational structure.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital power solutions and energy management tools.
