This senior strategic role focuses on driving growth and shaping the commercial strategy for major Data Center projects across Central Europe. The position is responsible for aligning countries under a unified market approach and ensuring high-quality project delivery while expanding market share and influencing key decisions.

Qualifications

  • Architect or engineering degree; an MBA or advanced business degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level); a second EU language is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a track record in driving growth and managing complex initiatives.
  • Familiarity with engineering procurement and delivery models.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market conditions and competition to develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Foster innovation and collaboration to drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with country market leaders to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends, using data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Partner with legal and financial teams to ensure robust commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to enhance commercial sensitivity in proposals.
  • Lead risk management strategies and ensure comprehensive project handovers.
  • Manage data performance related to commercial activities and report on key metrics.
