Job summary

The role involves overseeing the growth strategy in Travel Retail and Western Europe, focusing on profitability and volume growth for a portfolio of global and local brands. The position requires collaboration with customers and local partners to drive brand success.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Several years of experience in Beverage or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience in Travel Retail or Duty Free channels is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build business partnerships.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to travel up to 100 days a year within Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Support long-term profitable growth in Western Europe markets and Duty Free customers.
  • Develop and drive projects, brands, and growth initiatives across markets and partners.
  • Manage PnL responsibilities, including budget proposals and brand planning processes.
  • Launch innovation projects and maintain contracts with legal support.
  • Ensure marketing aligns with corporate guidelines and agreements.

Skills

  • Strong strategic sales and marketing competencies.
  • Effective negotiation and project management skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive attitude under pressure.

Education

  • Master’s degree in relevant fields.

Tools

  • Proficient in business management tools and software relevant to sales and marketing.
