Responsibilities

• Own and develop raw material platforms and recipe categories, ensuring competitive recipes.
• Evaluate new raw materials and technologies for architectural coatings.
• Act as a technical lead in discussions with suppliers and external partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Procurement, Production, and Product Support.
• Support and coordinate technicians and contribute hands-on in the lab as needed.
