Quality Supervisor

Job summary

This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes in the wind turbine installation sector, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution across Northern & Central Europe and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage inspections of components during installation, commissioning, and operational phases.
• Collaborate with project teams and customer representatives to meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate quality activities in line with customer specifications and project goals.
• Identify, document, track, and report non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution.
• Review and maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation.
• Inspect incoming site deliveries, including nacelles, towers, and blades.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO9001 standards.
• 5+ years of experience in the wind industry.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic diagrams.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
