Quality Manager (Data Centre)

Job summary

The Quality Manager will oversee all quality control processes at a data centre, ensuring that all work meets high standards of performance, functionality, and safety. This role involves collaboration with client teams, consultants, and contractors to manage snagging activities and drive conformance to quality expectations throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant experience in large-scale international construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP construction, construction quality management, commissioning, and quality control testing, preferably in data centre or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite quality control processes and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate snagging activities and schedules with client and contractor teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues with the project team.
• Implement and monitor key project processes and procedures.
• Attend key meetings to track progress and communicate impacts.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM, Bluebeam, and other construction software.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality results and compliance.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.

Tools

• Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM, Bluebeam, and other relevant construction software.
