Property Management Account Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role is for an experienced property management professional to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, and navigating complex situations with sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, such as a Leasing Agent or Property Manager.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations and team performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience supervising remote team members, including Virtual Assistants.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly adaptable and resourceful with a proactive approach.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Calm and professional conflict resolution skills.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.
• A quiet home-office environment with reliable internet and power backup.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client and tenant communications.
• Oversee daily operations of the property portfolio, ensuring high service standards.
• Manage a portfolio starting at approximately 100 units, with potential for growth.
• Handle daily communication workflows primarily through written correspondence.
• Coordinate workflows and oversee team performance, including Virtual Assistants.
• Resolve complex operational issues that fall outside established procedures.
• De-escalate conflicts with clients and tenants professionally.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining service quality.
