Project Manager (Offshore, EU)

Job summary

An experienced Project Manager is sought to oversee the execution of Offshore projects across Europe, ensuring effective planning and stakeholder management. This role requires a proactive approach to project leadership and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the wind, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, with an expected travel commitment of 25%.
• High proficiency in English.
• Relevant educational background in a related field.
• Experience fostering a safety-oriented culture in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with local legislation and customer requirements.
• Promote a strong health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) culture.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and maintain a regular on-site presence.
• Allocate resources effectively and prepare all necessary project documentation.
• Monitor project performance and provide progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budget forecasting and control costs, identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing project team.

Skills

• Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office and project management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and research abilities.
• Experienced negotiator with a focus on effective communication and documentation.
• Solution-oriented and flexible, with a cooperative attitude towards team collaboration.

Education

• Relevant degree in project management or a related field is preferred.
